Well, I’ve been counting down since the new year,, but it’s really moving along now.
32 days, 17 hours and I’ll be stepping on the sands in Cuba. I really can’t wait either. We both need this vacation. It’s been 2 years since we’ve been down there, and we’re so excited to be going back.
I really hope it goes smoother than last time. So many things went wrong that we lost 2 days of enjoyment because of it. I’m not going to rekindle the problems we had, the resort is already aware of what happened. So hopefully they don’t repeat it, or when we get back, this blog is going to have a lengthy post.
Anyway, i will say that the resort we’re going to again is Meliá Las Antillas. It’s in Varadero. If you haven’t been there,, you really should. But, just in case,, you might wanna wait until my updated experience 🙂
That being said, I still have things to get done before we leave. No, the kids are not coming,, it’s an all adults resort. Thankfully we have the in-laws staying with the kids while we’re away.
So on that note,, I must head off and really buckle down and get things done around here. LOL.
Not that it’s out of control, just so no one has much to do when we’re gone. Mind you I’m hoping that our neighbors will help them if there’s a lot of snow. It usually does around that time of year.
