Welcome December

Well, December is finally here.  Didn’t take long.  So now I have to make a list of things that I hope to accomplish this month.

  1. Gut house
  2. Decorate house
  3. Write books
  4. Stock up on booze (by the time I’m done writing, I’m gonna need it)

Even tho NaNoWriMo is officially over, that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop writing on the new book.  I’ve got the chapters listed out to help keep me on track.  Plus, I feel this will be the book everyone will love. 🙂

And now that I’ve experienced my first one (NaNoWriMo), I’ll be sure to have something already in the works instead of starting from scratch.  Even though, that’s probably how you’re supposed to do it, but with my daily things I found it a little hard to write every day for a month.  Especially where you have to have 50K words to be rewarded with your ‘2015 Winner’ banner.

The kids started eating their chocolate countdowns today.  I found the one that goes right to New Years this time.  They usually stop at Christmas Day.  Gotta love the extra few days of sugar, LOL

Anyway, I must get back at my lovely housework. *note sarcasm*  But someone’s gotta do it.  I might have to take my wand back to Ollivanders shop to get it checked out.  The cleaning spell don’t seem to be working with it. 🙂

Until next time,

K ❤

Goodbye November

I can’t believe how fast this month have past by.  Felt like yesterday that the kids were going to their first day of school and now here we are getting ready for Christmas.

NO! We are not decorating yet.  For me it’s too early.  Even when the 1st of December,, it’s still too early.  Besides, I’d like to enjoy my birthday first before I see a tree or the decorations up around the house.

Plus I’ve been working on 2 BOOKS!!  Yes, I’m that crazy.  But it couldn’t be helped.  When you get an idea, you have to run with it.  So I’m doing the sequel (which I feel won’t be as long as the first one) and this new mystery book (which is coming along nicely).

And considering that my hubby is constantly getting approached by a co-worker on the sequel, which I feel bad about, but it’s getting done. 🙂

So instead I’m sitting here, listening to Ben Haenow on repeat (thanks to YouTube), seeing to housework and writing.  This month has definitely been an interesting one.  I wonder what adventures December will hold for me.  I guess we’ll find out.

Until then (which is tomorrow 🙂  )

Hello December. Wait!! WHAT???

Yep. Another month has come and gone. I swear, where the hell did the time go? Soon it will be my birthday, then Christmas. And we can’t forget about ringing in the New Year.

As I was talking to a friend of mine on Facebook, we were talking about how easy things would be if some of the things we read in book or watch in movies would be a reality today. Like for instance,,, Harry’s wand. I’d love one of those for the sole purpose of having all my housework done in a flick with my wrist. It would be one hell of a time saver that’s for sure. Then there’s that quill (from same movies/books). To have such a thing follow me around all day, writing down everything I say,,, that would be the ultimate. Can you imagine the amount of books I’d have written and published by now? LOTS!!!

Yep, 2015 will be the year of change.  Although, I tend to say that every year, but this time I mean it.  I have a sequel to get out (not to mention the countless other ideas I have in my head that I want to get published), then my hubby’s co-workers can stop hounding him for it.  Bless them for all the support, they are awesome.

So here’s to wishing you all a great day.  I’ll try and blog more.  However,, if you want to keep updated as to what I’m doing,, then follow me on Twitter, and LIKE my author page on Facebook.

Until then,

K, xo
